The position

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer for our cross-domain Analytics & Insights team. You will help us develop the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and modeling to pipeline maintenance and governance. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a high-growth environment that prioritizes continuous learning, professional development, and deep cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do

You will work with other engineers in maintaining and scale existing data pipelines and also architecting new solutions for our Analytics platform. And your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• ELT Development: Develop and maintain end-to-end data flows, connecting sources, and modeling data to ensure seamless integration.

• Data Modeling: Develop and maintain optimal data models for all layers of data maturity within the analytical data warehouse.

• Pipeline Maintenance: Ensure all DAGs and data flows operate correctly within SLAs; perform debugging and troubleshooting as needed.

• Data Governance & Quality: Optimize the performance and operational costs of the analytics data platform while ensuring high data integrity.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between different teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  

We think you have

• 2+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role

• Proficiency in SQL and Python

• Data modeling experience preferably with dimensional modeling and / or DataVault

• Hands-on experience with a cloud-based data platform (e.g. Google Cloud or similar)

• Proactive learner and collaborative team member.

• Hands-on experience with dbt, terraform, Airflow, data ingestion process (e.g. pub/sub, datastream/API, etc.) , BI tools such as (e.g. tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.) are a plus.
