Happy Fat Tuesday (or Fettisdagen/Semmeldagen as we say here in Sweden)!

While we’re enjoying our traditional cardamom buns filled with almond paste and whipped cream, our office dog Alba is busy "quality testing" the whipped cream to make sure it’s up to standard. 🐶
