Starting the year the right way: Our 2026 Kickoff 💚⭐️

After hitting record-breaking employee engagement scores in 2025, our leaders spent the morning with our People Director Frida Grimborg and Maria Hentzel from Tuff Ledarskapsträning to discuss the future of leadership at Star Stable. A great session to align on how we continue to evolve our leadership and support our teams.

After lunch we gathered the whole company and our CEO Johan Sjöberg took the stage to reflect on last year's milestones and share inspiration and the exciting vision for 2026. After that we had productive team sessions focused on cross-functional collaboration. 🚀

We ended the day the best way we know how: with pizza, drinks, and plenty of karaoke! 🎤 🍕 Thanks to our Office Manager Carolina Drott for organizing a great evening.

Feeling energized and ready for everything 2026 has to offer. 🐴✨
