During Q1, we challenged our traditional dog policy. We moved beyond our designated "dog room" to a more open approach, allowing dogs in more areas of the office.

The goal? To add more value to the workday for our entire team.

The outcome? A success!

Our evaluation survey showed that both dog owners and a majority of non-dog owners feel that the new policy adds a positive energy to our office culture. At Star Stable, we believe that small changes can make a big impact on employee wellbeing.
