✨What do you enjoy most about working at Star Stable?✨

I really enjoy how passionate our Star Stable Online players are! Also, while everyone's welcome, this is proudly a game for girls – how cool is that?! I've been at Star Stable for almost 5 years, which I think speaks volumes about how we are always evolving and given opportunities to explore new things and learn. And, of course, we are a great group of people who collaborate well, we have an amazing office in Stockholm, and I'm proud of the work we do for our SSO players around the world.

✨What do you think is the best thing about this position?✨

Localization makes it possible for SSO players to experience the game in their preferred language. Think about it: most players enjoy SSO in one of our translated languages, so our mission is to truly make them feel like the game was created specifically for them, in that language. Being part of the Localization team means you get a privileged overview of everything happening across the game and the company. Plus, we're a social team, constantly interacting with colleagues and our translation providers.

✨ How would you describe your leadership style? ✨

I lead with clarity and ownership. I set high standards, create structure, and empower people with autonomy, but I stay close enough to remove blockers and protect quality.
