Early Talent Program

Meet our Early Talents

  • How can you make a difference in making games for girls? I am a feminist so this is absolutely a learning experience for me. What I could do is to be a more active listener and reflect players' needs in the interface design. How do they feel? What do they want to change? What do they value and treasure in the interfaces? I want to ask more questions that matter and listen to our audience carefully and patiently.

  • What is your impression of SSE and why do you like working here? My first impressions were that this is a cosy studio with a lot of hard working, friendly, and open minded people. Aside from really liking the people, I dig the art style and my current team. It is also amazing to be able to create art for a game that I enjoy playing myself!

    3D Environment and Prop Artist

  • Which of our Star Stable values describes you best or inspires you the most? Especially kindess as a superpower and strength in diversity! I'm glad to be in a place where different perspectives and identities are celebrated, and where compassion seems to be the backbone of everything. I feel safe to be myself, and also in the fact that my thoughts and feelings are respected and valued.

    Emma Jerlin

    Content Design Intern

  • What is your impression of Star Stable and why do you like working here? First and foremost, I am continually surprised by how warm, welcoming and open everyone at SSE is! I’ve been one of the “weird kids” since I can remember, and it has been lovely to find a place where that really doesn’t matter anymore. Finding a place where you are free and happy to be yourself is a rarity, but SSE is one such place. The environment at SSE has clearly been shaped with the mental and physical well-being of employees in mind and that, in my opinion, is the key to having a happy workplace!
